RETURNS & REFUNDS

European Union consumer protection law grants you the right to return products within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without penalty. To initiate a return, contact us within this period with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: As we print to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Exceptions apply to items that show signs of use, damage from improper care, or failure to follow our care instructions.

Our cookie cutters require hand washing only and should not be exposed to dishwashers, hot water, or prolonged moisture. If your items arrive damaged, report this within 7 days with photographic evidence and we will replace them at no cost.
