We print to order so please check our processing time before placing your order. The current processing time is always mentioned at the top of the page. The processing time is the time we need to actually print and ship your order and does not include the shipping time.
If you need your order before a certain date or have any questions about the different shipping options we offer please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help!
International mail does not have any guaranteed delivery dates due to customs processing so keep in mind the delivery times below are just estimates. Please account for the processing time it will take for us to print, package and ship your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Estimated delivery time frames are based on information from the Dutch postal services and should be used as a guideline only. When your shipment is held up at customs for a random customs inspection delivery can easily be delayed with 1-2 weeks.

With govenment regulations for different countries changing from day to day we can't give refunds due to delayed delivery, lockdows or other unforseen circumstances. These are difficult times for everone and we ask for your patience and understanding.
To keep the shipping costs as low as possible for our international customers our standard shipping option is for shipping with regular mail ("snail mail") in a sturdy flat cardboard box WITHOUT tracking or insurance.
Free shipping = our standard shipping option WITHOUT tracking & insurance.
All orders shipped with our standard shipping option or using our offer for free shipping will be fitted in a sturdy flat cardboard box that fits your mailbox and are shipped using the regular mail service ("snail mail") WITHOUT a tracking number or insurance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you accept our standard shipping option as described above and choose not to pay for a shipping upgrade your order will be sent without tracking. We won't be able to track your shipment and we cannot be held accountable for delayed or lost packages.
SHIPPING with TRACKING & INSURANCE
For faster and more reliable international shipping we recommend choosing our Shipping with Tracking & Insurance option. You can choose your desired shipping method at checkout. This shipping upgrade includes insurance and a tracking number for your parcel. The insurance is valid for up to 6 month's after the shipping date.
The FedEx shipping option is our fastest and most reliable shipping option for international shipping. Fedex is a commercial carrier with their own international network so you won't have to rely on national postal services to deliver your parcel. Fedex shipping always includes tracking & insurance.
IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We print to order and therefore we cannot accept returns for change of mind or unforseen circumstances. If you need to change or alter your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped we will not be able to cancel your order or give you a refund due to the print to order nature of our products.
If your cutters are damaged on arrival we are more than happy to replace them. Please send us a picture of the damaged item(s) and the damaged shipping box and we will resend your order. You must report your damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: our cutters are not dishwasher safe and should not be washed or soaked in warm/hot water. Prolonged exposure to moisture, heat and direct sunlight should be avoided.
