How long does shipping take?

Please check the processing time and estimated delivery time frame for your place of residence in the shipping information before placing your order. Keep in mind the indicated estimated delivery time frame is just an estimate. International mail does not have any guaranteed delivery date due to customs processing and (small) delays in international shipping happen often and for numerous reasons.

Currently there are problems in many countries due to a shortage of staff at postal operators and customs authorities. This is out of our hands. Please plan accordingly.

What is Processing Time?

We print to order so please note our current processing time (at the top of the home page om our website) before placing your order. The processing time is the time we need to actually print and ship your order and does not include the shipping time.

 

What are the costs of shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of cutters and the weight. To keep the shipping costs as low as possible for our international customers our standard shipping option is for shipping with regular mail ("snail mail") in a sturdy flat cardboard box WITHOUT tracking or insurance.

Free shipping = our standard shipping option WITHOUT tracking & insurance.

What is the standard/free shipping option?

All orders placed with our cheapest standard shipping option (the automatically calculated shipping costs at checkout) or using our free shipping offer will be fitted in a sturdy flat cardboard box that fits your mailbox and are shipped using the regular mail service ("snail mail") WITHOUT a tracking code or insurance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you accept our standard shipping option as described above and choose not to pay for a shipping upgrade your order will be sent without tracking. We won't be able to track your shipment.

 

Can I use the cutters/designs for commercial purpuses such as teaching a cookie decorating class?

All cookie cutter designs are copyrighted by 3D Cookie Cutter Shop and may not be reproduced without our written permission. It is not allowed to use our cookie cutters or the cookies / 3d cookies / gingerbread houses baked with them for commercial teaching purpuses such as cookie decorating classes (in-person or online) or any other teaching or instructing activities either 'live' or in video's, step-by-step photo's or tutorials distributed through social media, educational websites, businesses or schools.

 

What are your cutters made of?

Our cutters are 3D printed with food safe, biodegradable PLA and are produced with solar energy. They are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only in lukewarm water. Avoid (prolonged) exposure to moisture, humidity and heat to prevent the cutters from warping.

 

Can I exchange or return the cutters?

We print to order and therefore we cannot accept returns for change of mind or unforseen circumstances. However, if your cutters are damaged on arrival we are more than happy to replace them. If you send us a picture of the damaged item(s) and the damaged shipping box we will resend your order.
