RETURNS

We print to order and therefore we cannot accept returns for change of mind or unforseen circumstances. If you need to change or alter your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped we will not be able to cancel your order or give you a refund due to the print to order nature of our products.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your cutters are damaged on arrival we are more than happy to replace them. Please send us a picture of the damaged item(s) ánd the damaged shipping box and we will resend your order. You must report your damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: our cutters are not dishwasher safe and should not be washed or soaked in warm/hot water. Prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight should be avoided.

Refunds

We do not give refunds for orders that were delayed in shipping. Once an order is shipped it is out of our hands. We don't have any influence over shipping issues and can't be held accountable for any delays in shipping.
